- Check your shoes-they should be in good condition. Don’t try to use new shoes on a run day.
- Your Pace - Better to start out a little slower and adjust your pace depending on how you feel.
- Never stop all of a sudden, especially near water stations-people running behind will topple on you.
- Try to walk-If you are tired, periodic brief walks will give your legs a change from constant running stride.
- Walk around after the run - It will help you gradually cool down. As a result, you will recover faster from the stiffness of your legs.
